Summary

The (RN) Nursing Field Coordinator autonomously delivers direct patient care for infusion services including Infusion administration of Biologics, Intravenous Fluids, Subcutaneous Therapy, TPN, Chemotherapy, and Antibiotics. Provides direct care and educates patient families to manage care in the home and promotes patient/family safety and independence as ordered for skilled nursing services including but not limited to Enteral Care for all types of tubes (GT,NG,ND,GJ etc.), Cardio-Respiratory Assessment, Ostomy Therapy, Wound Therapy, IVAD Maintenance ( PICC, Port, CVL), Neonatal Jaundice care including weights/assessments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital, critical care or home health setting
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Current Texas RN license
